HOW GMAIL TO PDF EXPORTER WORKS
1) Click the extension icon to open the control panel.
2) Gmail opens automatically, and a live counter shows how many conversations you currently have selected.
3) Hit Export — the extension scrolls through each email, captures the full thread, and saves a separate PDF to your Downloads folder. When you're done with one page, move to the next and repeat if you need to export other emails as PDF.

Note: Bulk export up to 100 emails at once. Gmail shows 25 or 50 conversations per page by default. For maximum throughput, go to Gmail Settings → General → Maximum page size and set it to 100. Select all, export, done.
