Overview
A simple chrome extension that makes it faster to search text using the Brave search engine.
I built this extension because it's time consuming to open a new tab, go to search.brave.com and then type or paste the text I'm searching. That's why I built this extension, to save time.
How to use:
Select any text and then right-click on the selection. You'll see the "Search with Brave" option in the context menu, which when clicked, opens Brave search results in a new tab.
Why to use:
Brave claims their search engine is built on top of an independent index, and doesn't track users, their searches, or their clicks.
