Overview
Take back control of your LinkedIn job feed.
Blockedin lets you block companies, keywords from LinkedIn Jobs so you only see roles you care about. No more scrolling past the same staffing agencies and consultancies—one click and they’re gone for good.
Update 2.1.3
- No more reloading to show the block button.
- Can resize the floating option now
Update 2.1.2
fixed bug where numbers reset.
You now have numbers next to the company name that show how many jobs from that company have been blocked.
What you can do:
• Block any company — Red “Block” button next to every company name on job cards. Click once; their jobs disappear and stay hidden.
• Filter by keywords — Add words like “staffing,” “recruiting,” or “consultancy.” Any company whose name matches is automatically hidden.
• Sync across devices — Your block list lives in Chrome sync. Block on your laptop, it’s blocked on your phone and other devices too.
• See your impact — Check how many jobs you’ve filtered today and your total active filters right from the extension.
• Backup & restore — Export your blocked list and import it on another browser or device whenever you want.
Built for job seekers: Clean up recruiter spam, outsourcing firms, and companies you’ve already ruled out. Focus on direct employers and roles that actually fit. Optional dark mode, keyboard shortcuts (Alt+B for the panel), and instant toast confirmations when you block or unblock.
Privacy-first: Your blocked list is stored in Chrome’s sync storage and never sent to our servers. Anonymous usage stats are optional and can be turned off in settings. No tracking of your LinkedIn profile or activity.
Quick start: Install the extension, go to LinkedIn Jobs, and click the red “Block” button next to any company. That’s it.
