New feature:
- Added an online UTXO lookup page to assist in transaction preparation.
Required permissions:
- "tabs" is used to open the standalone signing page (airbtc.html).
- Access to https://mempool.space/* is used solely to query public blockchain UTXO data.
The extension does not collect, store, or transmit private keys or sensitive information.
Transaction signing remains entirely client-side and may be performed offline using the standalone airbtc.html file.
