Default windows cannot open the specified device

Hi, im having problems opening google chrome, i get a message something like this:

''windows cannot open the specified device''

I am the Admin by the way.

any one know what the problem is ?

Go to the Wrench and select About Google Chrome

What is the version of Operating System that you are running?

Check if your shortcut is pointing to a proper Chrome location, if it is, then try Rightclick / Properties / Display / Troubleshooting / the option "Allow all".
